Introduction:
A jaw crusher is generally used as a primary crusher in a crushing circuit. Product is fed into the top of the stone jaw crusher by an vibrating grizzly feeder. The eccentric rotating drive shaft causes the movable jaw to oscillate crushing the aggregate against a fixed jaw. which is very suitable for crushing middle and high hardness materials such as various ores, slags, limestone,basalt,concrete and etc.

work principle of jaw crusher :
The vibrating feeder which was designed by Tarzan feeds the product to be crushed in to the primary jaw crusher’s top. The rotating drive shaft triggers the oscillations of the stone jaw crushers in order to crush the aggregate at the fixed jaw that surrounds the eccentric shaft. This action would cause the moving jaw to close on the fiixed.thereby crushing the product in an efficient way. Our mine equipment operates on belt drives which are run by an electric motor or by an engine that runs on diesel. We have made sure that the primary jaw crusher angle is located in between the toggle plates and it lowers while the moving jaw goes down. The pulling action of rod and spring makes the moving jaw to distance itself from the fixed jaw. Later the crushed products would be discharged through the primary jaw crusher’s outlet.
